Raegen, with over 20 years in the special events and hospitality industry, has always sought to make each occasion more memorable than the last. After successfully owning and operating a Wedding Planning & Floral Design business for a decade, she transitioned to a new career in real estate upon moving to the High Country of North Carolina.
During this time, she, along with her daughters, Roxie and Lula, began honing their skills in floral preservation. Their passion for creativity and their commitment to crafting arrangements that last a lifetime have blossomed into a beautiful collaboration. Now, they are thrilled to offer their expertise in preserving wedding bouquets for brides throughout the High Country and beyond.
The story of the burros grew out of the family’s deep love for animals and the joy they bring to others. Having grown up around horses and embracing the western lifestyle, all of the women share a passion for rodeo, roping, and all things cowboy. This way of life brings the family immense joy and pride.
Raegen first encountered the idea of party burros while working as a wedding planner, and they quickly became her favorite vendor. The charm and unique appeal of the burros left a lasting impression, so starting her own burro business alongside her daughters, felt like the perfect fit.
Together, they’re excited to watch their business grow and look forward to the smiles the burros will bring to every event and specialty hike they’re part of. Our burro herd will continue to grow over the next couple of years with the goal of having a total six adorable mini and micro mini burros.
